Machine Description

HLD25-G9-E2-VS is an integrated fully automatic robotic workstation independently developed by Xiamen Dingzhu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Compared with the previous HLD35-F4-G2 polishing machine, this model adds a vision positioning system and a built-in dual-spindle drilling & milling unit, realizing one-stop automated processing of metal workpieces including positioning, drilling, multi-stage grinding and blanking. It adopts a fully enclosed sound-insulated and fireproof dust removal shell, which effectively isolates dust pollution and noise, and is applicable to mass finishing of various metal hardware products.

Robot Cell Features

1)The robot grinding cell achieves fully automatic control with one industrial robot which can be repeatedly programmed to complete various grinding operations in three-dimensional space.
2)Multiple available grinding contact wheels, abrasive belt rotating speed can be control, automatically adjust the belt tension, and automatically select the currently available contact wheels.
3)Off-line programming software is possible to save time for making programming.
4)Provide Programming Service for process development and creation of robot programs for our customer’s new parts.Modification of existing programs to produce higher quality finishes and reduced cycle time.Service is provided by one of our experienced programmers on site at the customer’s facility.
5)We have a professional fixture design team, and the professional fixture greatly improves the effect of grinding and polishing.
