Machine Description
The electric furnace features a vertically positioned tertiary induction ring that ensures uniform metal circulation, promoting degassing, impurity removal, and consistent chemical composition. If one induction loop fails, the other continues heating to re-melt the metal without interrupting operation. The coil is efficiently cooled by an exhaust system. The furnace also automatically selects the optimal power gear from six options based on hourly copper output, using PID control to maintain precise temperature, improve energy efficiency, and ensure stable production.
