DK450-4 is a 4-spindle CNC peeling machine with cross slide bed layout, independently developed for small-batch precision peeling, deburring and oxide layer removal of brass, aluminum, zinc alloy hardware, sanitary fittings and auto parts. Equipped with full Mitsubishi CNC system, 4 sets of XINYATAI ER32 high-speed motorized spindles and Taiwan precision transmission components, it delivers stable high-speed processing, JIS standard micron-level precision and solid structural rigidity. Compact size and 3500kg lightweight design make it ideal for small & medium manufacturers with limited workshop space.
