Machine Description

The HLD35-F4-G2 is an integrated robotic grinding and polishing workstation specially developed for precision finishing of hardware workpieces. Equipped with FANUC M710iC/35 industrial robot, it adopts a composite processing module consisting of 8 sand belts and hemp polishing wheels, integrating loading/unloading, rough grinding, fine polishing, dust and sound insulation functions in one unit. It is ideal for fully automatic grinding and polishing of faucet bodies, automotive parts, door locks & handles, and various hardware ornaments.

Machine Features

  • The robot grinding cell achieves fully automatic control with one industrial robot which can be repeatedly programmed to complete various grinding operations in three-dimensional space.
  • Multiple available grinding contact wheels, abrasive belt rotating speed can be control, automatically adjust the belt tension, and automatically select the currently available contact wheels.
  • Off-line programming software is possible to save time for making programming.
  • Provide Programming Service for process development and creation of robot programs for our customer’s new parts.Modification of existing programs to produce higher quality finishes and reduced cycle time.Service is provided by one of our experienced programmers on site at the customer’s facility.
  • We have a professional fixture design team, and the professional fixture greatly improves the effect of grinding and polishing.
