HLD12-D5-E2 Robotic Grinding & Deburring Cell is an automated, integrated belt-sanding and deburring system designed specifically for hardware components, including door handles, door locks, bathroom faucets, automotive parts, and small metal ornaments.
Featuring a fully enclosed soundproof and dust-collection cabinet, the system integrates a 6-axis industrial robot with a dual-layer belt-grinding mechanism. This setup enables comprehensive, 3D spatial grinding, polishing, and deburring. By automating the entire process, it significantly replaces manual grinding operations to meet the demands of high-precision, high-volume metal finishing.

The robot grinding cell achieves fully automatic control with one industrial robot which can be repeatedly programmed to complete various grinding operations in three-dimensional space.
