The DK850-8 eight-spindle peeling machine is an 8-head synchronous CNC peeling machining center designed for mass finishing, surface peeling, oxide layer removal and milling of hardware, plumbing sanitary parts, automotive precision components, brass and aluminum die castings. Equipped with a complete set of Mitsubishi CNC servo systems and 8 groups of high-power ER32 motorized spindles for simultaneous processing, this machine features high-rigidity resin sand cast cross slide bed structure, three-axis high-speed linear transmission, micron-level repeat positioning accuracy and long-term stable durability.
It effectively replaces multiple single-head peeling machines, saves factory floor space and cuts labor costs, making it the ideal automated precision peeling equipment for mass production of sanitary fittings, auto spare parts and non-ferrous metal castings.
